Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their Life U Wrestling merchandise. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines before sending merchandise back.

Return Window

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags or packaging when applicable

BC Designs reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us before returning your merchandise.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another product or issue an applicable refund instead.

Custom, Personalized, or Special-Order Merchandise

Items that have been personalized, custom decorated, specially produced, or otherwise made specifically for an individual customer may be final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise is defective or the order was produced incorrectly.

This is one provision I strongly recommend for BC Designs.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an error by BC Designs or merchandise arrived defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. BC Designs cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

If BC Designs shipped the wrong item, wrong size, incorrect customization, or defective merchandise, contact us before returning the item.

Approved errors attributable to BC Designs will be corrected without additional shipping charges to the customer.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified regarding the status of the return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days after a refund is processed for the financial institution or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

Return Authorization

Customers should contact the Life U Wrestling Shop before mailing a return.

Do not send merchandise directly to Life University or the Life University Wrestling athletic department.
